Despite the rain we had an enjoyable experience cycling around the temple complex and through local rice fields (where we saw many buffalow). Rith was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area and temples. He even took us to some lesser known temples where there were no tourists which was a very special experience. “Worth every penny. Ron our guide for the day was just brilliant. It ended up just being me, my wife and Ron and we had a day that I do not think we'll ever forget. It was a tough cycle in the heat, but still, we loved the challenge and the reward of seeing the locals go about their daily business was worth it. The fruit at snack time, and the fantastic lunch we were provided at the local homestay (followed by a nap in their hammocks) really made the experience. However, seeing the floating village was nothing short of humbling, smiles on the faces of all of the children…”
