The Angkor National Museum makes far more sense of the temples if you go before you visit them rather than after. “Definitely recommend this to people. Our driver was on time and very nice. When we arrived at the museum we were greeted politely and asked if we wanted a tour guide. The man told us his incredibly unfortunate life story and then we walked around the grounds. There was a huge collection of military vehicles and equipment and it was actually nice to see them unrestored I would recommend wearing insect repellent and you could spend 60-90 minutes here.”
